SMS Terms & Conditions

Program

Reliant Fleet ("we", "us") operates the Reliant Fleet SMS program for transactional and operational messaging related to your fleet maintenance account. You consent to receive SMS from us when you affirmatively opt in — by ticking the SMS-consent checkbox on the operator sign-in screen at https://ros.reliantfleet.com/fleet/field/auth , by enabling SMS in your account preferences, or by giving written consent to a Reliant team member who records it on your account. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message types

• Login codes (2FA). One-time verification codes used to sign in to the Reliant operator portal. These are a security function and continue to be sent even if you opt out of other messages.
• Inspection confirmations. Confirmation that an operator inspection was successfully submitted, sent to the submitting operator.
• Operational alerts. Notifications to fleet managers when an inspection flags defects or places an asset out of service.
• Account notifications. Occasional service updates, preventive-maintenance reminders, and account-related messages.

Frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on account activity and the events that trigger notifications. Message and data rates may apply, set by your wireless carrier. Reliant does not charge separately for the messages we send.

Opt out

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any Reliant SMS at any time. We will send one confirmation message and then stop sending operational SMS to that number. You can resubscribe at any time by replying START (or YES, UNSTOP). Security login codes are excluded from the opt-out because they are required to sign in to your account; you can stop receiving login codes by not attempting to log in or by asking your fleet manager to remove your account.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Reliant is not responsible for charges assessed by your carrier.

Eligibility

The Reliant Fleet SMS program is intended for business users of the Reliant platform who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. We use US-based 10DLC numbers operated by Telnyx.

Privacy

Your mobile number and the content of messages exchanged with us are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Reliant does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS message content to any third party for any purpose. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only processors that ever handle this data are the providers strictly required to deliver our messages (e.g., Telnyx), under written agreements that prohibit any other use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
